Water -an Ambrosia for life Story of a Desert: Once upon a time, there was an ocean here. Its waves would come pursuing each other. One does not know why and how the waves of Time dried up the incommensurable ocean. Now there is an ocean of sands. Even today, waves continue to pursue each other, except now they are waves of sand instead of water. With each year passing and rains getting scanty, the crises for water are increasing. Today if we see the total forest area in Rajasthan we can make out the reason for scanty rains due to deforestation and desertification. There are areas in the state wherein people are dependent on water from Tankers which costs between 1500-5000 and is the major part of their expenses apart of medical expenses. Regions of Rajasthan: Ajmer State, Hadoti, Dhundhar, Gorwar, Shekhawati, Mewar, Marwar, Vagad and Mewat each suffers from drought. There are regions also where people grow crops which are water intensive crops

COVID - 19 A Jolt to Humanity There was a time in the world when we all use to talk about a word called compassion, then humanity, equality and what not. These were nice to ear at that time.  Then came March Month and world got locked behind the doors on the name of lock down, People started feeling the heat, lost  there Jobs, some there family and friends. Those who were safe started missing Pizza, Burger and some there livelihood.  And new dictionary of words generated: Quarantine, Lock down, Aatamnirbhar, Moratorium and the list is endless.  Basic Problems were:  1. People lost there livelihood forever.  2. Employees were fired and people came to know what bluff labor law was and no association came to protect them, no union, no party.  3. Even government employees were suffering as they were getting salary but no corrupt money.  4. Suicides  5. Mounting EMIs (As Moratorium is also a bluff- Am I right Mr. RBI)   6. Remember an employee is a human too.

Behind every CV is a human being. We need to stop treating candidates based on what’s written on their CV’s. And start hiring people on who they are and what VALUE they can bring to the business. What do you think needs changing in the hiring process?
I am bad. Was really bad at predicting my career. I lived in Dreams. Dreamt that everything I would touch becomes GOLD. I kept brushing each STONE… I touched software, things didn't work. I touched designing, it made me a flop. I touched teaching, my voice didn't reach. I touch WRITING. BOOM! I see the stone turning into GOLD. I start to write not to WIN. Winning makes you pause and I don’t want to STOP. Successive failures outweigh my decisions. Fire in my eyes and words in my heart. I set realistic expectations to seek attention. My mom used to say: “Put your MIND and HEART at peace with patience. The magic of LOVE finds its way” I reminisce her words and begin to construct my fate using right cues. I knew it isn’t the deck which everyone can hop on to. Sooner than later, I was able to weave a story by knitting the words from the heart. I run my show. I still do. Key Findings: -Thoughts were unlimited. I made it limited when choosing a passion. -I put my idea
