Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana, etc. Through these schemes Indian government was trying to make individuals Entrepreneurs so that they can become self-reliant. यह अमर गाथा हिस्सा है उन अमर जलवीरो की कहानियों का जिन्होंने: "जल, जानवर और जीवन के लिए जिन्होंने बलिदान दिया — वो थार के अमर जलवीर हैं।" वीर सिद्धराज माईथी जी की गौरवगाथा "सिर कटे, धड़ लड़े – यही है राजपूती रीत।" राजस्थान की धरती वीरों की जननी है, जहाँ हर कण में शौर्य की गूंज है। ऐसी ही एक विलक्षण कथा है वीर सिद्धराज माईथी जी की, जिन्होंने गायों और धर्म की रक्षा में अपने प्राणों का बलिदान दिया – पर युद्ध तब तक किया, जब तक धड़ थामे रहा तलवार। वे तोड़ा शासक मूलराज जी के वंशज थे, रामगढ़ जैसलमेर क्षेत्र के महेशों शाखा से। उनका जन्म विक्रम संवत 1342 में हुआ, माँ लछमा कंवर के पुत्र और सौतेली माँ सज्जन कंवर की गोद में पले। बचपन से ही गऊ सेवा और आध्यात्मिक शक्ति में रमे हुए थे। एक दिन मकरतला में गायों की रंभाहट सुन, केसरीया बाना पहन, वीर माईथी जी युद्ध के लिए निकल पड़े। "मा, आज मुझे दूल्हे की तरह देख लो, फिर यह अवसर न आएगा", कहकर रण में उतरे। गायों की रक्षा करते हुए उन्होंने 140 आक्रांताओं को मौत के घाट उतारा। युद्ध में उनका सिर कट गया, पर धड़ तब तक ल...

The Fence

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the fence. The first day the boy had driven 37 nails into the fence. Over the next few weeks as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily, gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence. Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper. The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all the nails were gone. The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.
